Candyman

Wanderer of the Fae and Mischief-maker

Description:

A one-time Fae assassin, the Candyman cleared his debt to the Fae and struck out on his own to see the world as he saw fit. Unfortunately for the world, three hundred years of assassinations and bloody warfare takes it psychological toll on an individual. The Candyman’s pranks are a mixture of logic puzzles, terrible puns, and cruel torture that have the ability to shatter the soul of his less-hardy victims.

Rarely known to engage in physical combat, the Candyman employs the use of his tranformed victims for basic grunt work and general dethuggery of his premises. One of the few Fae that actively divulges his True Name, the Candyman can appear simply whenever an individual speaks his name within sight of a mirror.

Bio:

Victims of the Candyman’s pranks often wander listlessly singing this song for the rest of their lives:

Who can take a sunrise,
Sprinkle it with dew?
Cover it in chocolate and a miracle or two
The candyman, the candyman can,
The candyman can ‘cause he mixes it with love
and makes the world taste good

Who can take a rainbow,
Wrap it in a sigh?
Soak it in the sun and make the stra’bry lemon pie
The candyman? The candyman can
The candyman can ‘cause he mixes it with love
and makes the world taste good

The Candyman makes
everything he bakes
Satisfying and delicious.
Talk about your childhood wishes.
You can even eat the dishes!

Who can take tomorrow,
Dip it in a dream?
Separate the sorrow and collect up all the cream,
The candyman? The Candyman can, the candyman can
The candyman can ‘cause he mixes it with love
and makes the world taste good
And the world tastes good
‘cause the candyman thinks it should
