Two hundred years ago the Glade was considered to be the pinnacle of environmental art in Dark Atlantis. The werewolves of Howling Moon House were the caretakers of the metallic trees whose intermingling branches comprised the entirety of the Glade’s architecture. Visitors to the Glade marveled at how moonlight could provide illumination through the overhanging branches, yet neither snow nor rain could penetrate the interior. Many believed that the trees were alive, as corridors and passageways appeared to bend and evolve between visits.
After the dissolution of Howling Moon House (122 PG), the Glade was abandoned. Ghostly wolven howls still echo through empty chambers, though many claim it just the wind whipping past the dead branches. Others believe the ghost of the Dusk Reaver remains in the Glade, awaiting his descendants return and the restoration of his House.
